The Vansah Dashboard helps you manage Space testing status, Test Cases, Test Runs, and Work Items in one place, while tracking testing progress through real-time insights and widgets.
Before you begin
Ensure you have access to the Jira Space where Vansah is enabled
You have the required permissions to view and manage testing data
Vansah is available in your Jira top menu
Steps to access Vansah Dashboard
Open your Jira Space
Click on Vansah from the top menu
The Overview tab opens by default
Navigate through tabs like:
Test Cases
Test Runs
Test Plans
Reports
Help
Configure
Click Configure to customize and rearrange tabs
Overview tab
The Overview tab provides a quick view of your Space with key testing insights using multiple widgets.
Space Status widget
View Test Case results using filters (7 to 300 days)
Status includes: Untested, Passed, Failed, In Progress, NA, Blocked
Hover to see summary statistics
Drill down to view detailed Test Cases
Execute Test Cases directly from the popup
Test Cases widget
View and manage all Test Cases
Add new Test Cases using (+) icon
Execute Test Cases (Quick Test or Test Run)
Edit Test Case titles directly
Click total count to open and manage all Test Cases
Test Runs widget
View and manage all Test Runs
Search, sort, and edit Test Runs
Hover to see details (status, environment, executed by, etc.)
Create or execute Test Runs
Click total count for detailed popover view
Work Items / Bugs widget
View all linked or created Work Items
Click to open details in a new tab
Access all items via total count
Activity widget
The Activity widget on the right-hand side, provides a coverage of select events for all the included Test Cases, enabling users to stay informed about all relevant testing activities.
Note
The Overview tab is the default view of the Vansah Dashboard
You can customize and rearrange tabs using the Configure option
