Using filters in your Gadgets offers several benefits for effective test planning and reporting. You may be interested only in a particular set of Test Case for example “High” Priority Cases which are “API” based cases.
By including filters, you have the ability to fine-tune your Testing Gadget by adding additional filters to concentrate on a specific subset of cases.
How to include Filters in your Testing Gadgets?
All Vansah Testing Gadgets provide the ability to include More Filters.
Open your Jira Dashboard
Click Edit on the Dashboard
Edit an existing Vansah Testing Gadget
Click Add to include the Gadget on your Dashboard by clicking on More options menu button
Click on Configure
At the bottom of the Gadgets configuration look for More + button
Select from the available Test Filters such as (Priorities, Case Type, Assignee or Environments) – The full list will be available based on the Testing Gadget. Alternatively you may selected an existing Saved Filter.
Now edit the Fields by selecting available values to filter on
Click Save
