You can delete a Planned Test Run from the Jira Issue Screen, a Test Folder or delete a Test Iteration from the Planned Test Run Screen.
To delete a Planned Test Run from a Jira Issue screen, follow the steps below:
1. Open the Jira Issue linked to a Planned Test Run.
2. Scroll down to the Vansah Test Management and Click on the Test Runs.
3. Collapse the Planned Test Runs bar to see all Planned Test Runs.
4. Click the more options menu (three dots icon)
5. Click Delete.
A confirmation message will be displayed, ‘Delete the planned test run #Planned Test Run #x. All related planned test run data will be permanently deleted’ Delete/ Close
5. Click Delete to confirm.
This will also Delete all the Test Iterations for the selected Planned Test Run.
To delete a Planned Test Run from a Test Folder:
1. Go to Vansah Board
2. Open a Test Folder linked to a Planned Test Run
2. Click on the Test Runs tab
3. Expand the Planned Test Runs drop down to see all Planned Tests Runs
4. Click on the More Options menu (three dots icon) on the desired Planned Test Run
5. Click Delete
You will see a confirmation message, ‘Delete the planned test run #Planned Test Run #x. All related planned test run data will be permanently deleted’ Delete/ Close
6. Click Delete to confirm.
This will also Delete all the Test Iterations for the selected Planned Test Run.
