How to disable/enable Vansah for a Jira space

When you install Vansah for Jira, it automatically integrates with all Jira spaces in your workspace. This means that Vansah's features and functionalities are available across your entire Jira instance by default.

Despite the default integration, Vansah provides flexibility by allowing you to enable or disable its functionality for specific Jira spaces. This feature is particularly useful when:

  • Certain spaces don't require Vansah's Test Management capabilities

  • You want to limit Vansah usage to particular teams or space types

  • You're gradually rolling out Vansah across your organization

Two Configuration Modes

Enabled by Default

Vansah is active across all spaces, with the ability to exclude selected spaces.

Disabled by Default

Vansah starts disabled across all spaces, and admins explicitly choose which spaces to enable.

Steps:

  1. From your Jira menu go to Apps > Vansah

  2. Click on Configure

  3. Select either Enabled or Disabled by default

  4. Select the space/s you wish to exclude or include Vansah for
