New Feature: Export Test Cases with Attachments to HTML
You asked, we delivered!
You can now export Test Cases, including their Test Runs, Test Plans, and Actual Results all in one comprehensive HTML report. Best of all, any images or screenshots captured during testing are included automatically.
This enhancement provides complete visibility into your testing process, making audits, reporting, and stakeholder reviews more efficient and transparent.
Vansah Test Execution Report Gadget (for Jira and Confluence)
We’ve improved the Test Execution Report Gadget to give you full visibility and control over your grouped test execution data.
Scrollable Slider
You can now view all grouped labels at the bottom of the gadget, regardless of how many records in your report.
This update applies to both Jira and Confluence environments.
How It Works
A horizontal slider is now available at the bottom of the report.
Simply drag the slider to scroll across all grouped fields (e.g., by Issue key, folder, assignee, etc.).
No data is hidden – everything remains accessible, giving you a more complete and accurate overview of test execution.
Enhanced Test Folder Structure in Advanced Test Plans
With this release, Advanced Test Plans will now maintain your Test Folder structure, allowing you to organize, view, and manage your test cases exactly as you do in your main test library.
Nested Folders: Your test plan will reflect the full hierarchy including subfolders for seamless navigation (e.g. E2E > Billing > Refunds/Settlement).
Improved Usability: Quickly locate, filter, and execute test cases within their logical groupings, just like your source folders.
Consistent Management: Any changes to your folder structure in the test library are instantly reflected in the plan making test management even more intuitive and efficient.

Total Estimated Time Calculation for Test Plans
This enhancement provides instant visibility into the cumulative estimated execution time of all test cases linked to your test plan requirements.
How It Works
Assign Estimated Time: Ensure your test cases linked to requirements in your test plan have an estimated execution time entered.
Automatic Summation: Vansah aggregates these times and displays the total at the top of the test plan overview. The total estimated time is broken up for the entire Test Plan along with the selected requirement.
Announcing Vansah’s New XRAY Plugin Migration Tool!
Our latest enhancement "XRAY Plugin Migration for Vansah" For teams looking to seamlessly transition from XRAY to Vansah, this powerful new migration tool within Jira makes it easier than ever to move your test assets from Xray to Vansah without losing data, traceability, or momentum.
Enable Full-Size Image Viewing in Test Results
We’ve listened to your feedback! Many customers asked for a better way to view Test Result attachments in Vansah Test Management, especially when reviewing detailed test results.
Now you expand images to full size directly within your test result views. This enhancement allows you to inspect images in greater detail, making it easier to review screenshots, evidence, and attachments alongside all related test information.
Direct Test Case Execution For linked Test Plan
A major improvement to your test execution workflow! Users can execute a Test Case directly from a Test Plan without navigating away from the Test Case view.
Quick Execution: Open any Test Case, click “Execute - New Test Run” and instantly select the linked Requirement as a Jira Work Item, Vansah Test Folder, or now a Vansah Test Plan.
Agile Experience: Enjoy a faster, smoother, and more intuitive test execution flow especially useful for UAT and business testing.
Integrated with Gadgets: When drilling down into untested cases via Vansah gadgets or dashboards, the execute option appears automatically, showing you available linked Test Plans.
Efficient UAT: Easily configure dashboards for business users to run outstanding test cases assigned to them, streamlining UAT without extra navigation.
Right Click Menu option introduced for all Folder Tree in Vansah
Right Click Menu option for all folders in the Vansah Folder Tree will be available. This update makes managing your test folders even easier and faster.
Simply right-click on any folder to quickly access actions like creating subfolders, renaming, moving, deleting, and more right from the folder tree.
Add option to wrap/unwrap Test Case headline in Vansah Board, Test Folder and Test Plan Screen
You can now control how Test Case headline appears across all screens within Vansah. Previously this was only available from the Jira Work Item screen.
Vansah Now Supports Data Residency in Singapore and Canada
When you install Vansah, your test data is automatically pinned to the same region as your Jira site ensuring full alignment with your compliance and performance requirements.
With our latest update, Vansah now includes Singapore and Canada as supported data residency regions, alongside existing coverage for the USA, UK, EU, Germany, and Australia. This ensures your testing data stays where it needs to be secure, compliant, and local. Read More
