How to Use Mentions
Open a Test Case
In the comment section, type @ followed by a name (e.g., @mention)
Select the correct user from the drop-down list
The mention will appear highlighted once selected (e.g., @mention)
Viewing Your Notifications
Click the Bell Icon in the top-right.
A dropdown will show your recent mentions and alerts.
Unread notifications are marked with a blue dot.
Click on a notification to jump directly to the relevant item (e.g., test case, test run).
📌 You can also filter to show only unread notifications using the toggle switch

KAN-C329) includes a comment:
Jeanine receives a notification:
She can click it to go directly to the test case and respond or act.
