1. Relationship to End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Data Privacy policy is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Introduction

Licensor is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining transparency about the data collected and managed across the software.

3. Data Collection and Processing

3.1 Purpose of Data Collection

The software collects and processes Customer Data solely for the purpose of delivering Vansah’s test management services, including:

  • Test management

  • Test scheduling

  • Test execution

  • Test reporting

All processing is performed in accordance with the Customer’s configuration and instructions.

3.2 Types of Customer Data Collected and Stored

Depending on the features the Customer uses, the software may store the following Customer Data:

  • Test Cases and Attachments

  • Test Scripts and Attachments

  • Test Runs and Attachments

  • Test Plans and Attachments

  • Test Reports and Attachments

This information is processed only to provide the functionality of the Vansah platform.

3.3 Limited Data Retrieved from Atlassian Products

Vansah does not extract or store data from Atlassian products beyond what is necessary to deliver its services.

The only data retrieved from Atlassian systems includes:

  • Atlassian Account IDs

  • Jira Issue Key

  • Jira Issue Identifier

  • Jira Project Identifier

  • Jira Component Identifier

  • Jira Label

  • Custom Field IDs

No additional Jira issue content or user-data is accessed unless explicitly provided by the Customer through normal use of the software.

3.4 Relationship to the Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For Customers using Vansah in a business or organizational context, all data collection and processing activities described in this section are governed by the Vansah Data Processing Agreement (DPA).


The DPA outlines Vansah’s obligations as a data processor, including data minimization, access control, retention, deletion, sub-processor management, and regional data processing commitments.

4. Data Storage and Retention

4.1. Your Customer Data is stored for a period of 6 months after the subscription has expired or cancelled. This allows customers to continue their work from where they left off upon license renewal.

4.2. Licensee may request earlier complete removal of their data from our systems by raising a ticket through our support portal.

5. Data Hosting and Residency

5.1. The Software and associated data are hosted on:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • Digital Ocean

6. Personal Data and GDPR Compliance

6.1. We do not process Personally Identifiable Information (PII). All user PII is managed by Atlassian.

6.2. The Software is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
