2. Definition of Vansah Intelligence

Vansah Intelligence encompasses any machine learning capability or functionality offered by Vansah, including, but not limited to, features explicitly identified as AI-powered. Unless specified otherwise in an Order, Vansah Intelligence is considered a Product and may be integrated into other Products. 3. Terms Applicable to Your Data

You maintain all rights, including intellectual property rights, to any Input or Output.

You are required not to misrepresent that Output from Vansah Intelligence was human-generated, and you must direct an Authorized User to comply with this directive.

4. Disclaimers

You acknowledge that Output is generated by machine learning capabilities, and therefore, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Output. Due to the nature of Vansah Intelligence:

(i) the Vansah Service Level Agreement does not extend to Vansah Intelligence,

(iii) Output does not reflect Vansah’s perspectives.

5. Third Party Providers

We employ technology provided by third-party service providers in Vansah Intelligence. By using Vansah Intelligence, including Input or Output, you agree to comply with the policies available here, which may be subject to periodic updates, and you must ensure that each of your Authorized Users also adheres to these policies.
