Gadgets play a crucial role in Test Reporting and hence, managing Gadget configurations is of paramount importance. However, configurations can be lost due to various reasons, calling for the need to restore previous versions.
Before you begin
Ensure you have access to the Space
Ensure you have access to the Dashboard
You have permission to view and modify gadget configurations
Steps to Restore Gadget Configuration
1. Go to the Dashboard.
2. Maximize the gadget you want to restore.
3. Click on the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of the gadget.
4. Select Configuration History from the menu options. A Configuration History pop-up window will open.
5. The current version will be displayed at the top.
6. Click on the version dropdown to view the previously saved versions.
7. Select the desired version from the list. The configuration details for the selected version will be displayed below.
8. Click the Restore button to revert to the selected configuration.
Notes:
The current version is shown at the top of the history
Restoring a version will overwrite the current configuration
