When you install Vansah for Jira, it automatically integrates with all projects in your Jira workspace. This means that Vansah's features and functionalities are available across your entire Jira instance by default.
Despite the default integration, Vansah provides flexibility by allowing you to disable its functionality for specific Jira projects. This feature is particularly useful when:
Certain projects don't require Vansah's Test Management capabilities
You want to limit Vansah usage to particular teams or project types
You're gradually rolling out Vansah across your organization
Steps to Disable:
1. From your Jira menu go to Apps > Vansah
2. Click on Configure
3. Select βDisable Vansah for the following project/sβ
4. Select the project/s you wish to disable Vansah for
After selecting the project/s you can now go back to the Jira project and notice Vansah will not appear.
Steps to Enable:
To Enable a project that has been Disabled simply select the "x" besides the project from the list.
Alternatively you make de-select the checkbox "Disable Vansah for the following project/s" and this will remove all projects from the Disabled list. Now Vansah will be enabled for all Jira projects.
