If you change your Atlassian site URL (for example, updating the subdomain or adding a custom domain), some apps may stop working until they recognise the new URL.
Vansah is compatible with Atlassian’s URL change feature.
Before you begin
You must be an organisation admin.
Your organisation must have at least one paid Atlassian product.
Steps to update Jira’s URL
Go to admin.atlassian.com.
If prompted, select your organisation.
Go to Products → Product URLs.
Find the site you want to update, then select Update URL.
Enter the new URL.
Select Continue, then select Update to confirm.
It can take up to 5 minutes for the change to apply.
Steps to update Vansah after the URL change
After the URL is updated, open Vansah once to refresh the connection:
Open any Jira Work Item where Vansah is available, or
In Jira, go to Apps → Vansah.
