If the Vansah panel is not visible in your Jira work item:
Open any Jira work item (i.e.: Issue, Story, Task, Bug, etc.).
Click the Apps button located within the work item view.
Search for or select Vansah from the available apps list.
The Vansah panel will be added to the work item and displayed.
Note: You only need to add the Vansah panel once. After it has been added, it will remain available for future work items.
Now click on the View app actions button to display any active app within your Jira space. If Vansah is action you will see Vansah Test Management appear for the work item app actions button.
Now select Vansah Test Management.
Vansah will now be displayed as shown below.
Show/Expand Vansah panel for all work items
If the Vansah panel is present but collapsed:
Locate the Vansah panel within the Jira work item.
Click the ⋯ (More actions) menu in the panel header.
Select Expand.
The Vansah panel will become visible and display its content.
Collapse the Vansah Panel
If you want to temporarily hide the Vansah panel:
Locate the Vansah panel within the Jira work item.
Click the ⋯ (More actions) menu in the panel header.
Select Collapse.
The panel will remain attached to the work item but its content will be hidden.
Remove the Vansah Panel
If you no longer want the Vansah panel displayed:
Locate the Vansah panel within the Jira work item.
Click the ⋯ (More actions) menu in the panel header.
Select Remove.
Important: Removing the Vansah panel removes it from the work item view. To access Vansah again, you will need to add the panel back using the Apps menu.
Troubleshooting
I can't see Vansah in the Apps menu
If Vansah does not appear in the Apps menu:
Verify that Vansah has been installed and enabled for your Jira space.
Contact your Jira administrator to confirm access permissions.
Refresh the Jira page and try again.
I removed the panel by mistake
Simply open the Jira work item, select Apps, and add Vansah again.
