In Jira Premium, administrators can control access to Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence by enforcing an IP allow-list. 

IP allowlist ensures that only traffic originating from approved IP addresses can interact with your Atlassian products. If your organisation has enabled IP allowlist (as outlined in <a href="https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/specify-ip-addresses-for-product-access/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Atlassian Support</a> documentation), be sure to add the correct Vansah IP address/s to your approved list.

Note: Vansah will still work correctly across its core functions without the I.P address added in your allowlist, however specific features such as enabling <a href="https://help.vansah.com/en/articles/9822211-custom-fields-for-vansah">Jira Custom fields</a> or creating a <a href="https://help.vansah.com/en/collections/11345766-plugin-migration">Migration token</a> will not work and an error as shown below may be displayed if Vansah's IP addresses are not whitelisted:

To solve this issue please follow steps below:

In the Atlassian <a href="http://admin.atlassian.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Admin</a> console go to: Security → Device security → IP allow-lists. <a href="https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/specify-ip-addresses-for-product-access/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Atlassian Support</a>

Confirm whether your organisation has an IP allow-list enabled for Jira, Jira Service Management or Confluence products.

If yes, you need to add <a href="#h_b8bf7fcd8b">Vansah’s IP address(es)</a> as detailed below to the allow-list. Allowing Vansah will ensure the plugin migration service can successfully connect/integrate with your Jira instance to correctly move data securely via your Atlassian workspace.

1. In the Atlassian <a href="http://admin.atlassian.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Admin</a> console go to: Security → Device security → IP allow-lists. <a href="https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/specify-ip-addresses-for-product-access/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Atlassian Support</a>
2. Confirm whether your organisation has an IP allow-list enabled for Jira, Jira Service Management or Confluence products.
3. If yes, you need to add <a href="#h_b8bf7fcd8b">Vansah’s IP address(es)</a> as detailed below to the allow-list. Allowing Vansah will ensure the plugin migration service can successfully connect/integrate with your Jira instance to correctly move data securely via your Atlassian workspace.

Which Vansah IP's need to be added to the allowlist? 

Keep in mind that Vansah’s IP addresses may be revised periodically to support additional regions or to update existing network configurations. 

Please include the relevant IP addresses based on your Jira pinned region. These IPs belong to Vansah’s plugin migration service and must be allowed for the duration of the migration.
