Vansah Licensing for Jira Cloud

Updated over a week ago

Vansah is licensed and billed according to Atlassian’s Cloud Licensing and Pricing Policy. Because Vansah Test Management for Jira is a Jira Cloud app, your subscription cost is determined by the number of licensed Jira users in your Atlassian site.

For example:
If your instance includes Jira Software (10 users) and Jira Service Management (50 agents), your Vansah subscription is charged at the 50-user tier, since Jira Cloud apps follow the highest user tier across the instance.

Note: Although Vansah integrates seamlessly with all Jira projects (including Service Management projects), your subscription covers the entire Jira Cloud instance, not individual projects.

Subscription and Billing

  • Cloud Billing: Vansah is billed monthly as part of your Atlassian Marketplace subscription.

  • Automatic Renewal: After your free trial period ends, your subscription renews automatically, and you’ll be billed according to your active Jira user count.

  • Annual Plans: You can also choose an annual subscription via the Atlassian Marketplace which may include discounts based on user tiers.

  • Manage Your Subscription: Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed directly through your Atlassian Admin Portal.

For the latest Vansah pricing tiers, visit the Pricing tab on the Vansah Marketplace page.
