If you’re using Vansah Test Management for Jira Cloud, your app trial is managed directly through Atlassian.
You can request an extension of your trial period by contacting the Atlassian Customer Advocate Team.
Steps to Extend Your Vansah Trial
Request Approval from Vansah (recommended step to speed things up)
Atlassian may ask for written approval from our team before extending your trial.
Simply raise a support ticket with Vansah via our Support Portal and our team will provide the necessary confirmation to include in step 2 below.Contact Atlassian Support
Visit the Atlassian Support Portal and request a trial extension for your Vansah app.Steps to follow on the Atlassian Support Page:

Choose a topic* - Select: Extend product Trials
Where is this product hosted?* - Select: Cloud
Provide the related URL, SEN or EN of the product you wish to extend* Select: Your Vansah Atlassian site URL that you wish to extend
Your Question* - Request for an extension and provide the approved trial end date for the extension
Add Attachments - Please upload a copy print out of your Vansah Support ticket or screenshot of the confirmation by our support team from step 1 above.
