The Ability Exporting Data from the Issue Traceability Summary (ITS) and Issue Traceability Matrix (ITM) Gadgets is available through the Export Option.

To Export Data

1. Go to the ITS or ITM Gadget in your Dashboard.

2. Click the ellipsis (3 dots) icon.

3. Click Export.

4. You can view the downloaded Report in the Destination folder.

Note: Issue Properties can now be found within the Export File Data.
