Case Type is a mandatory field for Test Cases in Vansah. By default, a Functional Case Type is available. You can create and manage additional Case Types to organize your Test Cases.
Before you begin
Ensure you have access to Vansah Settings in your Jira Space.
Steps to access Case Types
Open Vansah in your Jira Space.
Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
Under Vansah Settings, select Space.
From the left-hand menu, click Case Types.
How to manage Case Types
Create a Case Type
Click the + (Add) button, then enter the Case Type name.
Edit a Case Type
Click the three dots (⋯) next to a Case Type and select Edit.
Remove a Case Type
Click the three dots (⋯) and select Remove.
Notes
Case Type is required when creating a Test Case.
