Test Plan History lets you view all changes made to the Test Plan over time.
This includes who made the changes, what was updated, and when it happened. It helps you track the progress and modifications of a Test Plan.
What changes are recorded in the Test Plan history?
Test Cases added to or linked with the Test Plan
Test Cases removed from the Test Plan
Assignee changes for individual Test Cases
Changes made during different iterations of the Test Plan
Tracks execution changes.
To view the History of changes in a Test Plan
Follow these steps to view the history of a Test Plan:
Open the Test Plan you want to review.
In the top-right corner of the Test Plan screen, click the More options (⋯) menu.
Click History.
Now you can see the History of Changes made to the Test Plan
