Exporting a Test Data Collection allows you to download test data definitions and values for sharing, auditing, or reuse across projects. The exported file preserves the structure, variables, and versioned data, making it easy to import to other projects or Test Environments in Vansah.
Prerequisites
Before exporting a Test Data Collection, ensure that:
You have access to the Vansah project containing the collection
You have permission to view and manage Test Data Collections
Export Workflow
1. Select the Test Environment to expand the Test Data collection
2. Select the Test Data Collection Version
3. Click More options menu
4. Choose Export to start exporting the current Test Data collection data.
5. Select your preferred file format for the export.
6. Click Export to download your test data in the chosen format.
