Vansah provides flexible export options to help you share, analyze, and present your testing data. You can export any report or gadget into XLSX or HTML format, and if needed, easily convert HTML exports into PDF for presentations or records.
Accessing the Reports Area
In your Jira project, go to Vansah > Reports.
Locate the report or gadget you want to export.
Exporting a Report or Gadget
Open or run the desired report or gadget.
Click the Export icon (found in the “...” menu).
Select Export from the dropdown options.
Choose your preferred file format:
XLSX - Exports directly to Excel.
HTML - Opens in a browser and can be saved as a PDF.
Exporting to PDF
If you selected HTML, the file will download in HTML format.
To create a PDF:
Open the HTML file in your browser.
Select Print → Save as PDF.
This method is ideal for creating polished reports to share with stakeholders or include in documentation.
Tips
Use XLSX exports for data analysis or record keeping.
Use HTML exports for reports you want to present or share visually.
Ensure pop-ups or downloads are allowed in your browser when exporting.
