The Work Item Traceability Matrix (ITM or RTM) Gadget generates a requirements traceability view of your Test Cases from a Jira Work Item perspective.
Steps to Add the Gadget to Your Jira Dashboard:
On your Jira Dashboard, click Add a Gadget.
Search for Vansah – Work Item Traceability Matrix and click Add.
Configure the gadget:
Select a Jira Space or leave it blank to report across multiple spaces
Choose Work Item(s) Selection: List, Filter, or JQL
Enable Include Child Work Items to trace parent and child work items together
Click Save to generate the traceability report.
Export
Click the three dots (⋯) icon on the gadget and select Export to download the full report as an Excel file.
Configuration History
Select Configuration History from the three dots menu to view previous configurations and restore an earlier version if needed.
