Vansah does not include a dedicated “reusable report template” feature. However, there are a couple of effective approaches that many of our customers use to achieve consistency across projects:
Confluence Templates – You can create a Confluence page template that includes all the required Vansah reporting gadgets (e.g., a Test Summary Report template). You will need to have Vansah For Confluence installed. Once the page is created from the template, all standard reporting gadgets are automatically in place, ensuring consistency.
Jira Dashboards – Within Jira, we recommend creating a single “master” dashboard containing all desired Vansah reporting gadgets along with other Jira native gadgets if required. This dashboard can then be cloned across new projects and teams, maintaining the same standardized reporting structure. All Vansah gadgets along with their configuration will be recreated allowing you to manage
Vansah Project Reports – All Vansah Reports are currently shared within the Jira project only. To create a template from any existing report which can be shared across new Jira projects is currently not available.
