Use this feature when you need to:
Update the Result (e.g., Pass, Fail, Blocked) for multiple Test Runs
Assign a Sprint, Version, or Environment to a group of executions
Apply bulk changes after execution or in preparation for reporting
Where to Access Bulk Update
You can bulk update Test Runs from:
The Test Plan screen
The Jira Work Item and access Vansah's Test Cases
The Vansah Board accessing Test Folders and selecting Test Cases
Before proceeding:
Ensure you have permission to update test runs in the relevant Jira project
Confirm the test cases you want to update have already been executed (i.e., have results)
Steps to Bulk Update Test Run Properties
Navigate to Test Cases
Select the Test Cases to update
Click on More Options button and select Bulk Action
Select Edit Test Runs
Click Next
Choose the properties to update
Click Update
A confirmation message will be provided
