If you have enabled Quick Test for your project, you will notice the following Test Run Status options shall appear when selecting the Run Icon to the right of the Test Case under your Jira Issue.

Select a Quick Test Result option (Configured for your project):

1) PASSED

2) PASSED In Progress

3) FAILED

4) FAILED In Progress

5) N/A

6) N/A In Progress or

7) Untested

It’s important to note the Version and Sprint property from the Jira Issue will be added to the Test Run automatically for traceability and reporting. If you wish to Run the Test against a particular Test Environment, simply select the Environment from the Test Property before running your Test.

Note: Selecting EXECUTE will initiate a Test Case execution window where you can run your Test Case/Script
