This guide helps you quickly execute Test Cases using Quick Test, ideal for fast validation without performing a detailed Test Run.
Before you begin
Ensure Quick Test is enabled for your space
You have access to the Jira Work Item with linked Test Cases
You have permission to execute Test Cases
Steps to use Quick Test
Open the required Jira Work Item
Navigate to Vansah Test Management
Locate the linked Test Case
Click the Excute (▶) icon next to the Test Case
Select a Quick Test Result
Available Test Run status options
If Quick Test is enabled for your space, the following Test Run Status options will appear when selecting the Run icon:
PASSED
PASSED In Progress
FAILED
FAILED In Progress
N/A
N/A In Progress
Untested
Test properties
The Version and Sprint from the Jira Work Item are automatically added to the Test Run for traceability and reporting
If you want to run the test against a specific environment, select the Environment from Test Properties before running the test
Note: Selecting EXECUTE will initiate a Test Case execution window where you can run your Test Case/Script
