To Sort your Comments against a Test Case follow the steps below:
Open the Test Case
In the Main Tab go to Comments
Hover over the Sort option near the top right section for your Comments.
Click Sort Ascending or Descending
By default Comments will be displayed in Descending order. (Newest Comments will be shown first).
