Updated this week

1.Access the Migration process from your Jira workspace. see: Plugin migration process

2.Select Zephyr Scale from the Plugin drop down

4.Select the Jira Project to migrate Zephyr Scale data from.

5. Select Next to continue

6. Enter the required API Token to support the Migration. To generate a new token select the link next to each field.

7. Select Next to continue. Vansah will verify tokens to ensure you have the required permissions to access data from Zephyr Scale and Vansah Test Management for Jira. We will also need to ensure that your Jira token is used by the Jira account that generated it.

If we cannot confirm your email from the migration session you will be required to enter the email into a field that will appear before you can continue. This email address will also be used to send you email updates on the migration process. Read More

8. You should now see a message similar to the screen below. This will appear when data is being accessed. Please do not close the screen while this is happening. It should not take too long to finalise the data review process.

9. Once the data review process has completed, Vansah will display a summary of your Zephyr data which will be migrated to Vansah. You can review each section prior to confirming the migration process.

10. Once you are happy with the Data, select Confirm to continue.

11. A migration job will be created. You can close the current screen and come back to the job. An email will be generated to let you know that the job has started and a final email will be generated upon completion.

12. Select More - > View Progress option to view the migration task and details.

13. Monitor the migration process.

Once all Assets have completed migrating you will see DONE status besides each migrated asset.

Now you can go into Jira and access Vansah from the project to see your data migrated across from Zephyr Scale.
