Vansah gives you several ways to reuse Test Cases across Jira Spaces without
duplicating them.
Test Case Linking
Link Test Cases instead of copying them. Any updates made to a Test Case will reflect everywhere it is linked.
You can:
Link Test Case to Test Case — connect related Test Cases for dependencies or variations
Link Test Folder — group related Test Cases for easier management
Link Test Case to Jira Work Item — maintain traceability with requirements(See label - Link Test Cases to a Jira work item )
Import Test Cases
Import Test Cases from one Jira Space to another using a CSV or Excel file.
Open the Vansah Board, click Settings ().
Select Import Test Cases, upload your file.
Click Next map the required fields.
Click Next to validate, then Next again to view results.
Export Test Cases
Export Test Cases from one Space and import them into another.
You can export from:
Test Folder (Vansah Board)
Test Plan
Jira Work Item (See label – Choose what you want to export)
Clone Test Cases
Cloning creates an independent copy you can modify without affecting the original.
Open the Vansah Board, go to Test Cases.
Hover over the Test Case, click More options ().
Select Clone Test Case, choose Clone Test Case with Properties.
Click Clone. A success message confirms the clone.(See label - Clone Test Case)

and manage across Spaces.
