Test Case Linking
Vansah lets you reuse test cases across projects by linking them instead of duplicating, ensuring updates are reflected everywhere.
Link Test Case to Test Case – Connect related test cases for dependencies or variations.
Link Test Folder – Organize and group related test cases for easier management.
Link Test Case to Jira Work Item – Associate test cases with Jira issues to maintain requirement traceability.

Import Existing Test Cases
You can reuse test cases by importing them from one Jira space to another using Vansah’s import functionality.
Steps:
Open Vansah Board → click Settings (⚙️).
Select Import Test Cases → upload your CSV/Excel file.
Click Next → map the required fields.
Click Next to validate (use Back if changes are needed).
Click Next to view the result.

Export Test Cases
Exporting test cases allows you to reuse them in another project or keep a backup for reference.
Steps to Export Test Cases from a Jira Work Item
Open the required Jira work item
Click the More options (⋯) icon
Select Export from the menu.

Clone Test Cases
Vansah allows Test Case cloning or duplication.
Cloning creates an independent copy of a test case that can be modified without affecting the original.
Clone Test Case from the Vansah Board
Open the Vansah Board → go to Test Cases.
Hover over the required test case and click More options (⋯).
Select Clone Test Case.
Choose Clone Test Case with Properties.
Click Clone to proceed.
A success message confirms that the test case is cloned successfully.
