If a Test Case has Test Data you will see a Test Data icon below the Actual Result during a Test Run execution.
You can view the Test Data by selecting the Test Data icon.

Navigate to the Test Script when executing a Test Case
If the Test Step has Test Data look for the View Test Data button below Actual Result.
Now click on the button to display the Test Data.
4. Now you will see a pop over screen display the Test Data for the Test Step
