Accessing Audit Trail
As a Jira Admin navigate to Apps > Vansah
Navigate to Settings.
Select Compliance.
Click Audit Log.
The Audit Log screen displays a chronological list of activity across your Vansah workspace.
Understanding the Audit Log
Each audit record includes information about an action that occurred within Vansah.
Typical information includes:
Date and time
User who performed the action
Project
Object type
Operation performed
Additional details
Clicking a row expands the record to display more detailed information about the change.

Who can access the Audit Log?
Users with Jira Admin permissions can access the Audit Log. Feature availability depends on your Vansah edition.
Can I see changes made by a specific user?
Yes. Advanced Edition allows filtering by the Created By user.
Can I export audit records?
Yes. Exporting is available in Vansah Advanced and supports XLSX, CSV, HTML, TXT, and XML formats.
How long are audit records retained?
Audit records are retained for 6 months before they are automatically removed from the active audit log.
Are AI-generated changes included?
Yes. Audit Trail records AI-assisted activities such as AI-generated test cases, test steps, folders, and requirements.
Does Audit Trail record every change?
Audit Trail covers the major testing objects within Vansah, including Test Cases, Test Runs, Test Plans, Test Folders, and AI-assisted actions. Coverage continues to expand as new capabilities are introduced.
