Steps to connect Vansah for Confluence to Jira
Open your Jira space.
Click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner next to your profile icon.
From the dropdown menu, select Marketplace apps.
Click “Take me there” on the Jira Admin Settings page to open the Site Settings dashboard and view installed apps.
Locate Vansah Confluence Forge in the list of apps.
Click View App Details on the right side of the app.
The Vansah Confluence Forge App Details page will open.
Go to the Connection tab to manage the integration.
Click the Connect button to establish the connection with Jira.
Note
When the app is not connected, the following error message will appear on the Confluence page: “Vansah for Confluence is not connected to Jira. Please connect the app to Jira or contact your administrator.”
